I am not in the Holiday spirit at all. There is no snow on the ground, though there is Christmas music in the air. I really hope it snows soon even though my fiance keeps cursing me for even suggesting it. Yule is on the 22th and Christmas is on the 24th so lets hope I get in the Holiday mood soon. Alice in Wonderland directed by Tim Burton is coming out soon. I can't freaking wait. The dark but colorful style that it's filmed in is going to be an orgasm for the eyes. Gah so excited I can barely hold it in. Anyway I was a bit rushed when I did this since I had to meet a friend to go see a movie. My college shows free movies every once in a while, this time it was New Moon. Ugh it was so terrible. I'm not a fan of Twilight to begin with so I don't know why I saw it. Ugh. I love the orange lips! It's not something I usually wear but Phyrra of FrescoPhyrra has been wearing orange lip a lot. She looks amazing in it so I thought I'd give it a try. Yesterday I went to a late dinner at Denny's to see my friends they loved the new hair. They were just surprised at how short it was. I'm finally used to the length and today I tried out a few hair gels to see which would give me the best texture. I love Bed Head's Small Talk it smells like smarties and makes my hair spiky without the crunch.
I'm going to go cause trouble out side or something. The snow has started to melt and the sun is out again. Yay!

Digital Fairies Eat Nori on Valentines Day

Actually Nori is pretty good. I like better on Onigiri ( rice balls) or sushi than by itself it's very fishie. Ah my faces in these pictures aren't very pretty but -shrugs- I was in a hurry. Today felt like a blah day. The snow was falling pretty heavy here on my side of Lake Eerie. It was difficult to drive so I stayed in doors trolling the interwebs. Do you like my new scarf? Anastasia's Lightsaber

I love reading Anastasia's blog. She is a talented writer, funny as hell and very intelligent. I was inspired by a ETOD that she put up on Twitpic. It was so gorgeous I couldn't help but do it on myself. I didn't use all of the same shadows as she did but they do look very similar. Go check out her blog Lipstick and Lightsabers in our blog roll. Try this look out it's so much better in person! I hope you all had a good weekend! I went to Columbus and say one of my boys who goes to Ohio State. I got to eat at my favorite places down there and even got to go to the amazing Gay Club down there. Nymph came with me we all had so much fun! When your in Columbus go to Gumby's for your pizza. It's the best thing ever eaten. Yummy yum yum!
Although today was a really shitty day. I had to miss class because there was something wrong with the car. We got it fixed but when the people who did the job worked on the car they did something to the front alignment of the car. We went to a different place because the first place we got the work done was run by a punch of skeeze balls. Uck. Thank God my Dad and the Fiancee know a little bit about cars. Otherwise we would be screwed. ( P.S. I'm learning slowly about cars too. :d)

Steampunk Electro Brewery

In my mind a Steampunk Electro Brewery is a small shop stuffed to the gills with herbs, books and glowing bottles full of mysterious liquid. In the shop is a bushy haired chemist running about mixing herbs into a giant pot. Oh the magic of the mind.

What do you think? I love this look. I usually hate orange since I'm a dark colored girl but as an eyeshadow is gorgeous. The lads at Fyrinnae really know how to make their eyeshadows. I'm seriously loving these bamboo brushes I bought at Ulta a few days ago. The face brush is so nice I like using it for my face powder. Yay for new brushes!

Electric Koi in a violet Pound EOTD

Nymph is still out of commission since she has work and has been feeling pretty crappy lately. :( And while we're at school we are usually studying together or jogging on the track. Get well soon Nymph!

Today I did my eyes inspired by the new Fall make-up colors. Plums and dark colors are in season but I wanted to put my own spin on Autumn Trends. As you can see from above I used a bright orange with my plums and violets. I really love this combo, it looks great with a black top, dark jeans and loud colorful jewelry.
