My life has been choke full of school work as of lately. I have papers coming out of my ears right now. I'm trying to catch up with the stuff I missed when I went home early to see my brother. I missed a test as well as doing some important papers but all the teachers are really nice at Kent. They allow you to re-take the exams and give alternate assignments to make up for the grades lost. I'm lucky to have good profs this year.

I'm still writing the High voltage I promised. It's difficult because I really like the products but I don't want to gush. I hope to be back to daily posts soon. I'm working on a short story for one of my classes right now. Maybe I'll post it if it's good enough. :D

This look is from yesterday when I posted about Twiggy. It was a difficult day for me. I spotted several people from my high school wearing pink around Kent. They all gave me the same sad yet sweet smile of knowing. I hope we won't have to wear the favorite colors of other children who were lost to bullyscide in the future. When I have children I want them to grow up bully free.

I really hope the last post I made wasn't to preachy. Twiggy was a very important person in my life and I feel like people should know about him. He wasn't just the victim of bullying he was a real person whose life deserves to be celebrated. :)

Twiggy-Wearing Pink for Eric Mohat

It's been four years since my friend Twiggy killed himself because he was bullied. Eric "Twiggy" Mohat was the most talented person I knew. He could play the piano, sing, dance and could tell jokes like no other. I know I've written about him before because his death influenced me so much. He was so bright, such a star I hate to think that other creative, talented teens could kill themselves because of bullying.

Please, if you know someone who is being bullied or if you are the one being bullied tell someone. Tell an adult especially one you can trust. If you have a favorite teacher tell them about your bullying. This CAN be stopped. Even if the bullying is online you need to tell someone. Report them to the site and tell your parents. They will tell school officials so the bullying is stopped.

Eric's parents have sinced sued our high school. In Twiggy's case teachers knew about his bullying but nothing was done. They allowed the torture to continue until he can't take it anymore. The day he died one of the bullies said to him "Why don't you go home and kill yourself." He did.

I think about him every day. His bullies live in regret and pain every day because they destroyed the light of a rising star. Don't let your light go out. Please seek help if you are being bullied or are thinking about suicide.

I'm going on a "date" with my friend Little Isis today. She had an extra ticket for a play her school wanted her to review so she invited me. I haven't been to Playhouse Square since I saw the Lord of the Dance with my Mom when I was thirteen. Playhouse Square is like the Broadway of Cleveland, a lot of famous plays have run through there. If you haven't been there then you can't say you are a true Clevelander.

For this smokey green look I follow this tutorial by Iwantedtoseeonevideo. She's a very talented youtube guru with a full range of tutorials. She does a lot of Victoria's Secret looks but my favorites are her special effects make-up tutorials. She's also very down to Earth and actually takes the time to answer questions. She's not a snob like some gurus that will remain nameless.

Dark Side of the Moon-Dramatic look

The moon was huge last night. In my town however it was covered up by clouds so only a little of the blue light escaped. The moon has always been my most favorite celestial object even when I was obsessed with astronomy. It can't help that my favorite anime as a child was Sailor Moon. Did you get any good pictures of the moon last night? For some reason my pictures were all blurry. :(

Secret Spring-fotd

I'm not usually one to wear white lids with a colored crease. I think it looks better on Jerry of Silhouette Scream then it does on me. But I wanted to challenge myself so I went for it. Sadly Sugarpill's poison plum does not blending on my eye. It gets really patchy depending on where I put it. I'm hoping that when Shrinkle (The owner of Sugarpill.) releases her new eye base poison plum blends over it. I'd still recommend the shadow of course, it's the perfect purple.

It's so nice to be home and on Spring break. My fiance and I cleaned the house for my parents and cleaned our room from top to bottom. Today we're finally celebrating my birthday despite the fact that it was in December. My parents couldn't afford presents or even a birthday cake. We're also celebrating my youngest brother's birthday. He chose a rib place... it's a good thing I like salad lol. (It's the only think I'll be able to eat since I'm a vegetarian.)

Saint Patrick Days and Forgotten Grey/Blue-Two fotd

Oh boy what an eventful two days.

My poor brother Josef swallowed a nail yesterday while he was fixing the door for my other brother Nicholas. Nicholas came in to yell at Josef for making so much noise and Josef turned to yell back, swallowing the nail in his rage. My Dad rushed him to the E.R. where the did a whole bunch of x-rays. Then they poked him full of holes (his veins are very deep.) to give him an I.V. My brother thankfully has a high pain tolerance like my Mom. He is also blessed with the ability to heal quickly but with the nail in his stomach the doctors doubted he'd heal from a nail scrap on the inside.

The doctors sedated him and then stuck a scope down his throat. They didn't grab it the first time but this morning they tried again and grabbed it! I was so thankful to hear my brother was ok. We were all pretty scared.

Sorry I didn't get any good full face shots of either look. :( I wasn't really wearing any exciting lip colors or blushes so you aren't missing much.
