This is my good friend Natalie or as she's known on the interwebs as Little Isis. I met her in high school when she fell off of our bus and my fiance went to rescue her. After we dusted her off we discovered we all liked the same things we became fast friends. Lets fast forward to now, Natalie is a famous political blogger who is working on a novel, writes for her school news paper and is majoring in social work. I've done her make-up in the past but that's before I discovered brushes haha. I had fun working with her even those she squirms a bit.

I am eternally jealous of Natalie's curly hair. My hair is wavy and never stays curly or straight. Bah! Hopefully Natalie will let me do more make-up one her in the future. I was thinking a purple look or a forest green what colors do you think would look good on her? I'm thinking mostly warm colors because her skin is tan/warm toned.

Yup, no bright colors today. I was running late but I still wanted to put make-up on so I quickly slapped this on. My friend LittleIsis (Who writes a political blog http://mysticgirl.wordpress.com/) asked for some basic inspiring looks that she could copy. This would look good on those with smaller eyes because there is no black to close up your eyes. When you rim your eyes with black it makes them look smaller. I usually like doing it because I think it adds a certain sexiness to the eye. Try lining your eyes with plum, gray or navy blue instead of gray. Those colors are dark enough to add depth to the look but not to dark to "close" your eyes. :D (Also try applying a white/peach colored liner on your waterline. INSTANT HUGE EYES.Or to be unique used a teal/bright purple on your waterline. It's fetching as fuck.) This is a look you can wear to job interviews or just a day on the town.
