Glittery Clouds FOTD

Not at all what you were expecting by the title eh? Hee hee, this title was inspired by a Frou Frou song baring the same name. My best friend requested I do something out of the ordinary for him when he sees me tonight. I was planning on going all Na'vi from Avatar but I found I have no blue eyeshadow that could work for the face paint. Plus it would be a pain in the booty to take off. A cut crease will have to do eh?

Simple and Clean FOTD

:3 I haven't been feeling very inspired lately so I thought I'd take it easy for a bit till I find my muse. ( I hope she comes back soon I have some stories to write yo.) For once I have nothing to complain about. My weekend was o.k. I watch the 8th Doctor's movie on youtube it was pretty funny/campy and very American. I don't think the Master liked being in that regular persons body, I laughed my ass off when he slicked back his hair and wore shades as the quintessential American baddy. I also caught up with Stargate Universe. I wish Michael Shanks ( aka Daniel Jackson.) Would go on the show. I miss him. :/ I love Doctor Rush but come on, Daniel is amazing.
Only a few people know this but Stargate brought my fiancee and I together. We met on the school bus when he passed me a paper with gate symbols on it. I lied to keep talking to him, I had no idea what they were even though I told him I did. Thank goodness for Wiki, reruns and Sci-Fi. It was love ever since.

I wanted something fast since I'm going out in about ten minutes, I rummaged around in my spare make-up drawer till I pulled out this palette . I really wouldn't recommend Estee Lauder eyeshadows if you like pigmented or colorful shades. These are very sheer and are very "safe" colors. I believe they're ok for women who like taupes, browns, you know "normal" colors. It was given to me as a gift so I try to use it when I see the person, haha. :3

Wealth Beyond Reason FOTD

My day has been full of Lady pains brought on by...well you get the idea. It's a bit shameful to spend your day rolling around on the floor clutching your stomach but I'm afraid that's all I can do when I have Nuclear Powered Cramps of DEATH. Also known as N.P.C.D. yup.BUT this blog was not just meant for make-up and complaining! Actually... it was just meant for make-up, I seem to do a lot of complaining don't I? Er, I'll try and keep the angst to a minimum from now on lads and lasses. I have a livejournal for said overly person bits.
Today my friends and I planned to go to Bounce ( our local Gay club) to get our boogie on. I wanted to use shadows that I knew would catch the light. I had hoped to use glitter but I suck at applying it so I just went with gold, bronze, and plum. They're all so lovely together. :3

Decadence A BLIX inspired look + Edited to add in pictures of my furry children

I was looking through Glitter is my Crack which is Blix's blog and she had this gorgeous copper and purple look up that reminded me of a painting. The colors were from Aromaleigh but since I don't have those colors I used Hi-Fi eyeshadows that were similar shades to the ones she used. I really like how this look turned out. It's so much deeper than the pictures make it seem. I love how this turned out the colors look so pretty together. It's not my usual bright plus bright equals awesome type of look but seriously jewel tones are my new friends. This post was originally going to be longer but blogger decided to eat half of the words I had written. So yes...

Chihauhaus are very cuddly by the way. My baby is a wee blonde chihuahua that is the best snuggler there is. Yesterday I saw some people I knew from high school we were catching up so I said " Oh let me show you my daughter! She's so adorable." I pulled out my phone and showed them pictures of Abby. Haha they were a bit confused but laughed none the less. The reason I bring this up is because I was cuddling her right as I was writing this. This section was pointless to write haha.

Strawberry Grape Bubble Gum

Oh yes I'm on a role. I've missed using make-up this past week. I used all Hi-Fi because I've really grown to love the eyeshadow. It applies so creamy I just have to swipe my brush once to have full coverage color. I used my favorite colors from Hi-Fi cosmetics for this look, it turned out really well. Though I wish I had a medium pink to blend with the Live Large and Pins and Needles better. I felt like the colors weren't gradient enough so they look a little blocky when the lid is closer.
I also went went for a berry lip color instead of my usual pink.I love this color I have no idea why I don't wear it more.
In other news I love the new Doctor. I was so scared I wasn't going to like him but seriously Matt Smith is amazing. I also love his companion Amy Pond. She is similar to Donna but has a better attitude. ( Donna is my favorite companion so I am in no way dissing her amazingness.)

I picked these colors because coral/ peach and teal/aqua are really hot right now. They're very summery I love them together. Phyrra did a similar look using a peachy color with a teal underneath her eye. It was really hot so yay for coping!

Broken Doll FOTD

Yay purple! Er... I didn't realize how many purple looks I had until I looked back at the older posts I made. Yeah... you can really tell purple is my favorite color. I can't really help that when I do my make-up I'm always drawn to the purple first. Even if it's muted or a different base colored purple then the pink colored purples I usually wear.
I'm just as obsessed with Sting and The Police as I am with purple. I used to listen to them all the time when I was younger. I re-discovered them yesterday when I found their Greatest Hits CD hidden in a tote next to my D and D books. I keep updating my twitter and facebook statuses with song lyrics hoping some one will get it. Ok this post is really boring. Sorry. >,<

I love this combo which is why this is the second time I've worn it. I've been wanting to wear more warm colors like orange, yellow and pink since the sun is making it's self known. Like I've said before though Ohio is pretty moody, wait an hour and the weather will change. lol
Tomorrow the Ipad is coming out and my fiancee is literally counting down the hours. He's been waiting for Apple to come out with a tablet for two years. Tomorrow I might be going to this neighborhood in Cleveland called Coventry. It has a lot of hippie shops and this really cool toy shop with all these toys from the 80's. I'm going to see how much Cherry Merry Muffins are because I really want one again. When I was little I donated them to the salvation army after hearing that other little girls didn't always have dolls to play with. I don't regret the decision I wish I had kept at least one of them. What was your favorite toy when you were a child? I'm a true 80's kid so I loved My Little Pony and my Cherry Merry Muffins. X3
