Dark Side of the Rainbow-fotd

I found an editorial on Tumblr of a model showing off her cute purple nails next to her extremely done up eyes. I tried to copy the look as best as I could considering the young lady has a very different eye shape then me. The model was wearing more yellow on the inner corner of her eye but on me it would have looked like a bruise. I haven't been able to find a link to the look but it's on my Tumblr some where in their. (Among the Supernatural gifs.)

I did this look two weeks ago after I watched Rock n' Roll Highschool which had the Ramones as the heros.  As a teen I was obsessed with 70's punk bands, Sex Pistols, Ramones, The Clash you name 'em I loved them. Noxious Placebo-fotd

Sounds like a name for a heavy metal band right?
I'm half sick of shadows, neutral ones, that is. I've been needing to do an insanely bright eye and lip combo for a while. I kind of slapped eyeshadow on willy-nilly hoping it'd turn into something beautiful. I rarely use black eyeshadow but with this look the eye felt to stark without a bit of depth. Sadly using my Sugarpill eyeshadows did not squelch my want for more. Curse you're perfect-ness Heartbreaker palette curse you!

On certain nice days my friends and I declare a dress day. That means no matter where we are we wear dresses. Last Friday was dress day so I wore my favorite dress from Torrid. I did have an ootd planned but the pictures looked freakin' terrible. You couldn't see my shoes at all! Boo! Hopefully next time I wear the dress I can get better pictures. Thank God school is nearly over. I only have one week to go and once that week is over I'm going with my friend Cassie back to her home state of Connecticut. This semester has been a really difficult one thanks to many personal/emotional issues. I feel like I've been through the wringer and so have my grades. Next school year I'll be going to Cleveland State while living either at home or with my fiance at his new place. Hopefully next semester will be better then this one. Glamour or Tee-shirts-fotd

On Friday I was asked to do wedding make-up for a friend. I hadn't spoken to her in a while so when the facebook message popped up a few weeks ago I was surprised. My fiance also officiates weddings so it was kind of like a two for one deal. She really liked her make-up which I had kept natural and sweet. She looked beautiful, not because of my hand, but because of her natural glow. Sadly I didn't get a picture of her make-up like I wanted. I had forgotten my other camera.

After the wedding the fiance and I celebrated by going out to dinner and shopping a bit. I bought the new Too Faced Glamour To Go dream addition palette and a small gift set full of Tarte goodies. I'm really impressed with Tarte I'm certainly going to be buying from them again. I'm kind of in love with their mascara. It's a wet formula which I hate but it makes my eye lashes look so long.
