Not Your Girl-fotd/Renee

As you may recall a month or so ago my very close friend Renee asked me to do her wedding make-up. A day before we had gone over several different styles including a look that was to sexy for wedding make-up. When I asked her if I could do her make-up (Like I usually do. Her face is just wonderful.) she asked me to do something similar to the sexy make-up I did with a sixties twist.
The sixties twist? Where does that come in? Well you see Renee is a HUGE Elvis fan. She can probably tell you every single thing about him. She is loves the sixties era including the mod-ish make-up Priscilla, Elvis's wife, wore. We attempted three different looks before we did this one including a mod like eye that I completely messed up on.

What I used:

Eyes-
TFSI
Nyx jumbo e/s pencil in Milk
Sugarpill e/s in Tako (A pure matte white used on the inner corner of the eye.)
Shiro Cosmetic e/s in Gengar ( A very shimmery brown applied all over the lid.)
Darling Ghoul e/s Witch and Famous (A warm taupe used lightly in her crease.)
Shiro Cosmetics e/s Meowth (Sparkly ivory used all over the brow bone and inner corner.)
Nyx e/s in black (Used along the lash line to define eyes but still make them look subtle.)
Mascara

lips-
Hard Candy lip gloss hand mixed with Sugarpill's Decora

Renee was one of the first people to let me do make-up on her. I used to do insane wings, masks and unblended monsters I used to call Avant Garde looks. Ha. Renee is moving to Okinawa Japan in January to be with her husband who is a Marine. I'm going to miss her so much but I know Mark, her hubby, will keep her safe and happy. Please wish her luck on her on coming journey.

  3. Awesome job on the makeup! I have very rarely done makeup on another person, I think it would be hard to do!
