In real life the shadows are blended a lot better. For some reason they look very muddled in the pictures, which is a shame because I love this look. I've been a bit obsessed with poppies lately. Not just the pretty red ones but the pink poppies and the yellow poppies too. My neighbor has this gorgeous yellow poppies by her mail box, I keep fighting the urge to dig them out so I can put them in my back yard. It'd be silly to go to jail over poppies if I got caught though.

ReplyDeleteNow these are the kinds of colours I think of when I think of Steampunk :) I didn't even know there were other coloured poppies, I've only ever really thought of the red ones used in war remembrance.
ReplyDeletePoppies freak me out for some reason, I think it's all the seeds in the middle. I'm funny about sunflowers for the same reason. Yeah, I'm strange XD
