Squirtle Use Watergun!-fotd
I like the eyeshadow I've been using from Shiro so far. The colors may be a little on the sheer side but they are still clear and bright. I think I need a different base for them instead of my Pixie Epoxy. I'm going to try my NYX jumbo pencil later and then just the pixie epoxy to see if there is a difference. :D There is a review coming soon so yay!
What I used:
Eyes-
TFSI
Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
Shiro Cosmetics e/s in Articuno ( A bright white based silver used all over the lid with a flat shader brush.)
Shiro Cosmetics e/s in Mewtwo ( A smokey gray based purple used in the crease.)
Shiro Cosmetics e/s in Hyperbeam ( A black with tons of shimmer used on the inner crease to deepen it.)
Shiro Cosmetics e/s in Meowth (Shimmery gold/ivory shade used on the brow bone.)
Shiro Cosmetics e/s in Squirtle ( Used as the bright eyeliner on top of a thin line of Pixie Epoxy.)
Nyx jumbo eyeshadow pencil in Milk ( Used on the waterline to brighten the eye.)
Mascara
Lips-
Nyx Round Lipstick in Thaila
I really like the bright eyeliner with a neutral eye. It's very summery and easy to wear even though the shadow sometimes transfers when I blink to much.
Is there a make-up trend you are really into right now? Or do you turn up your nose at trends to do your own thing?

I LOVE Squirtle to line! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, you're great at blending!
ReplyDeleteThis is cute! Neutral eyes with a bright liner are indeed so perfect for summer. I take it one step lazier and only do a bright liner, no eyeshadow :P
ReplyDeletePhyrra- Thank you. :D
ReplyDeleteLillian- Thank you honey. :D
Heather- Hee hee I like doing that when I go swimming. I wish I had water proof liner though.
LOVE this colour combo with the blue liner :D
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't generally say I follow makeup trends, but sometimes I will find one I really like and try to incorporate it into my life.
And I do feel more comfortable wearing darker lip colours in Winter - though that also has to do with the Australian humidity, and the fact that the thought of maintaining a dark lip in Summer makes me want to vomit. :|
Mostly I just stumble across some random different way of applying eyeshadow or blush or something, and it becomes a trend for me. Like I'm currently obsessed with colour placement on the outer crease/browbone :)
