Quick and Dirty-Fotd

I hate it when women assume since they don't have a lot of time in the morning they have to do neutral eyes and lips. Come on ladies branch out. I also hate going on youtube and seeing the natural look done over and over again by the same gurus using different colors. *twitch* I did this under five minutes. It was fast easy and fun because HELLO I'm using something other then brown. ( Not that there is anything wrong with browns. I like brown. Just not often.) Ok rant over. :D I went to the park today and this is still on. It hasn't creased or anything even though everything else has melted off. I love Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy, Seriously if you don't have it you are missing out. In truth I think it's best paired with Too Faced Shadow insurance but mine is running out and I have no idea what to replace it with. I like trying new things and TFSI is a little expensive, anyone have any recommendations?

What I used:

Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
Evil Shades e/s in Nightshade ( Almost neon purple used on the lid.)
Hi-Fi cosmetics e/s in Things that Cannot Speak ( A blackened magenta used in the crease.)
Fyrinnae e/s in Faerie Realm ( A sheer lavender used on the brow bone and inner corner of the lid to brighten eye.)
Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Flipside ( Used to line upper lid and water line.)

Uhm... what else? OH YES. I'm keeping up with comments now. I decided that before I make another post I have to reply to comments on the last one. I'm so sorry I'm terrible at keeping up with them. It's because I'm lazy TT.TT I do love all of you for taking the time and reading my blog. It means so much to me. Thank you!

  1. I know what you mean! Its not hard - and clearly purple is better than brown. But then I did seriously consider un-following a blog the other day because someone said rainbow eyes should never be worn. I'm still annoyed about it to be honest -__-

  2. I fucking LOVE the contrasting eyeliner. And LOL @ 'the natural look done over and over again by the same gurus using different colors' - it made me think of Blair and Temptalia XD

  3. I don't get the neutral thing either. I do neutral when I'm going somewhere I need toned down makeup. Color is just as easy to do once you get some practice! Love the look!

  4. Sobe Botanicals Primer or Concrete Minerals Primer or Detrivore Primer are great alternatives to TFSI.

I like your look, mostly because of the pop of the eyeliner.

  5. I loooove this! I think I would love Things that Cannot Speak for the name alone, honestly. (That it's gorgeous is just bonus.) I don't know, it makes me think of Lovecraft-y things.

And totally agree with you about the neutral eye thing. It's bullshit. If I don't have time in the morning, my options are: no eye makeup at all; quick wash of one shade, maybe with a crease color, but probably not; or just eyeliner and mascara. It takes absolutely no more time to do those with colored products than with neutrals. If I feel like wearing neutrals, cool, but it's never an issue of "I don't have enough time so I'll do neutral."

  6. Gorgeous, i love these pinky purply looks on you :)
And agreed about neutral looks being repeated over and over again.

Please leave a comment I'd love to hear from you.
