I have been watching the anime Death Note like it's my job. I'm seriously in love with this show. I hadn't watched it before because I'm annoying in the sense that I don't like "popular" anime. My friends have been pressuring me into watching it so I finally caved in. Holy crap, it's like every mental thriller plus supernatural stuff with a little bit of yoai thrown in. I'm not usually a yoai fan girl but uhm... dude... L and Light are totally doing it. Or at least in my head they are. ( Yoai is a Japanese term for boys love also known as Shonen ai.) My favorite characters are Ruke the shinigamiand Matsuda the adorably idiotic police investigator with a big heart. These two aren't main characters but I think they steal the show. If you want to watch it watch it on Animefreak.tv they have all this anime you can watch for free. :) That's where I watch a majority of my anime.

Aw shucks this didn't turn out how I planned at all. D: I think I should have used a darker blue or a blackened blue in the crease. Plus the eyeliner was WAY to thick. The charcoal I used on the inner crease is TERRIBLE. Blaaaaaahhh I would take it off but I'm lazy today. :3 I love the colors I just need to use them differently.

I wish the pink from Drunken Kiss would show up better in the pictures. It looks so beautiful next to Clara and really adds depth to the look. Aw nuts, I think I should have used a bit more to make the color more noticeable. I'm seriously thinking of buying a few samples from Aromaleigh's new collections Victora's Revenge. I rarely buy from Aromaleigh but I want this because of the steampunk theme. I love steampunk LOVE it. What do you guys think? Worth it?

Staying Up All Night FOTD

*demented face* Hello I've been up for a while. I'm forcing myself to stay awake for the rest of today ( I woke up at 2 pm...) so that I can get my sleep cycle back on track. I've had a long history of sleep problems. It seems my body keeps telling my brain that I'm an owl which is slightly ridiculous. Anyway to make myself look less like a zombie I just did a fast pin-up style look using Fyrinnae's French Vanilla Shake and a little bit of Hi-Fi's Let it snow in the inner corner. :3 I'm sorry for the lax in posting, it's been icky and I hate wearing make-up when it's icky. :P

About a week ago I posted that I hadn't received my Hi-Fi cosmetics order. Veronica the owner of Hi-Fi sent me a line on etsy to tell me my order hadn't been sent because of the recent weather near where she lives. ( Aka floods and tornados >.<) She told me she'd be re doing my order and that she'd send it out the next day. The costumer service for her company is amazing, the products are beautiful I cannot recommend this company more.

-Don't Forget the Violence a bright jewel toned blue that reminds me a tad of Digi Fairie

-Super Sonic Overdrive an almost neon blue that reminds me of the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver.

-Rising Tide a lovely deeper blue/teal.

-Overdose another sparkly blue that I'll probably pair with Super Sonic Overdrive.

-Prophecies and Curses a metallic green which I am in love with.

- In Bloom is a bright punky and upbeat pink.

-Drunken Kiss a soft but bright light pink that reminds me of cuddly sweaters.

-Mind Manipulator an orange so orange it makes my other ones jealous.

-Cheap Tricks a bright chartreuse that I'd like to change my eye color to.

-Raw Shock a metallic bright amazing green chartreusey color.

-Thrill of Sin* a sexy red glitter oh man I need to learn how to apply glitter properly.

-Weather Girl* is a teal blue glitter that reminds me of mermaids.

-Raindrops on Roses* Ooo a rose color that makes me of tea parties and frilly dresses.

- Front Page* sparkly aqua that looks a lil green to me.

-Full sized jar of Live Large because I bloody love this color

-Full sized jar of Terror in the Depths oh man it's so sexy, a beautiful metallic looking lighter purple leaning towards a blueish base color. :3

-Full sized jar of Butterfly Wings that I picked for the buy two get one free sale a soft coral orange that is so lovely I think it would look nice as a blush.

I love all these colors oh man. I really wish I had ordered one of the gel blushes or lip glosses. I've been reading on several other blogs that they're great.

Please excuse the ashy look. I'm still sick, nothing serious just a cold. I have some really good news though! I got into Kent State University which is only 45 minutes away from home. I'm excited but sick to my stomach about leaving in the fall. I don't want to leave my fiancee, my friends or my dog. Thankfully it's close enough that I can come home if I really get homesick. I'm not sure how I'm going to deal with this huge change, I'll get through it some how. I'll be leaving in the fall to get my degree in English Literature. I love English so much, I really hope there is a transfer programs so that I can visit England. It's just a pipe dream for now but I hope to be a writer, I have a lot to improve on. ( Like my grammar, spelling, sentence structure etc.)

Nebulas of the heart fotd

When I was a very small girl I loved watching Sailor Moon. Watching the show led me to start studying Astronomy to come up with names for my own Sailor Scouts. I loved astronomy I was instantly drawn to the beauty of the space outside of my own imagination. My favorite spacial object were Nebulas. I used to dream of taking a rocket ship to the horse shoe nebula just to play in the newly forming stars. In my mind I would trap bits of star dust to take home.

Now that I'm older I have hundreds of pictures of nebulas gracing the hard drive of my laptop. I still want to visit a nebula but the only way I could is through science fiction shows or shows on the Discovery channel. I was inspired by the heart nebula ( which is red but.... I don't have any red eyeshadow so... uhm... purple and pink it was.) I love the depth and lightness of the Heart nebula although my favorite is Horse head nebula. Enough rambling on to the look~!

( I'd like to thank everyone who gave me advice the other day. I really needed to know that I was doing the right thing by keeping my distance from her for a while. I'll be there for her if she needs me but yeah.)

Purple and Yellow FOTD + Need some advice

This was kind of only an eye look today, my skin has gone nutty plus I have no concealer left. All I could use was some powder foundation that really doesn't cover my spots. I'm stressed out today, a friend is starting problems with me, all my exams are tomorrow and I can't bloody stop thinking of the mess she caused. It's starting to get to me. I feel so angry and hurt. I'm trying not to think about it but as you can see I got upset enough to do one eye badly.

I need some advice what the heck do I do about my friend? She's very immature and selfish I can't deal with her when she's attacking me for no reason. ( She has bi-polar disorder and is in her manic stage. I've tried being there for her but she's shoving all of us away. She's being very hurtful, rude and nasty.) I don't have many girlfriends because a lot of girls cause drama, sadly she just keeps proving my point over and over. I perked right up when I noticed there was a small package from the U.K. in my mail box. I shrieked and ran up the drive way waving my arms around like Kermit the Frog. Eeee I love Sleep, I love this palette and I really want more. I keep looking longly at the Acid palette but I'm not sure if the Sleek website ships to America.

Suprise! FOTD

Today my friends and I threw a surprise birthday party for two of the people in our group. One was in on the whole thing, Ryan, while the other, Brian, was surprise by a house full of people when his boyfriend Chris took him home. Thankfully Brian isn't one of those people that hates surprises. He's been pretty bummed out lately because his OSU acceptance letter hasn't come yet. So we though this surprise would make him happier. His boyfriend is so wonderful he planned the whole thing while he was in Colombus at school. (Which is three hours away from where we live.) The night ended with everyone stuffing balloons up their shirts and parading around with massive boobs. It was hysterical, it just goes to show that even though we're all in our twenties it's more fun to be a child. XD

I really love these purples together. I want to roll around in them and wear them as face paint. Sorry for the Doctor Who themed titles as of recently. I can't really help myself. I'm thinking of doing a Stargate Sg-1 themed look next. I can't help that I'm a huge geek it's in my blood. My dad is a nerd my mom is a band geek and my children will probably be huge geeks as well. It's more fun watching Sci-fi shows, they're way more exciting than Gossip Girl or whatever. :P

If you'll notice I recently had my nose pierced. I love it so far it makes me feel like a whole new person. I'm a very shy person by nature so I don't like to rebel or make much noise with how I look. Make-up is really the only way I know how to express myself since I don't show my writing to many people. My parents didn't like it very much but this is the first rebellious thing I've ever done in all my twenty-two years. I think they'll get used to it soon. My mother is already asking me questions about getting one herself.
